Keighley’s Ukrainian refugees mark second anniversary of invasion

On the second anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine, the Ukrainian refugee community in Keighley gathered to remember the events that changed their lives forever.

Many of the refugees recounted harrowing tales of fleeing their homes and loved ones as the conflict escalated. They spoke of the challenges they faced in adapting to life in a new country, far from the familiar comforts of home.

Despite the hardships they have endured, the Ukrainian refugees in Keighley remain hopeful for a peaceful resolution to the conflict in their homeland. They continue to support each other and their fellow countrymen, drawing strength from their shared experiences.
