Guinea pig abandoned with note at Tube station

It was a shocking sight for passengers at a Tube station in London, as they discovered a guinea pig left in a box with a note attached. The note read, “I can no longer take care of my pet. Please give him a good home.”

Animal rescue workers were called to the scene and took the guinea pig into their care. They named him Lucky, as he was lucky to have been found before any harm came to him.

Abandoning pets is never the answer. There are always better options available, such as rehoming or surrendering to a shelter. If you are unable to care for your pet, reach out for help instead of abandoning them in such a cruel way.
